1. Acceptance and application
These terms govern use of seven-brokers.com and provide general information about our brokerage role. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
An enquiry, introduction or website submission does not by itself create a brokerage engagement or oblige us to accept work. A separately agreed written engagement governs the specific services, responsibilities, fees and commercial arrangements. Where it conflicts with these general terms, the written engagement prevails for that engagement, subject to mandatory law.
2. Who we are
Seven Commercial Brokers L.L.C-FZ is a limited liability company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. License number: 2653880.01. Formation number: 2653880. Our licensed activity is commercial brokerage services, code 4610.11.
Our registered address is Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. The supplied license was issued on 18/09/2026 and expires on 17/09/2027. Our contact email is info@seven-brokers.com.
3. Nature and limits of our services
We act as a commercial intermediary and facilitator, connecting buyers and sellers, assisting sourcing discussions and coordinating communication with relevant parties. We do not take ownership of goods, trade on our own account or become a party to the underlying purchase, sale, freight or other third-party contract unless a separate lawful written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Buyer and seller remain responsible for agreeing their contracts, verifying specifications, arranging payment and performing their obligations. We do not act as a bank, lender, financial adviser, investment adviser or real estate agency. We do not offer financing, loans, investment advice, cryptocurrency payment services, real estate brokerage or businesses for sale through this website.
4. Regulatory approvals
Relevant authorities' approval must be obtained before conducting applicable business activities. Our free zone license does not remove any sector-specific, product-specific, destination, import, export or other approval requirement.
Work is subject to applicable laws and any necessary permissions. We may decline, pause or end discussions where an activity is outside our permitted scope, an approval is absent, information is inadequate or compliance concerns arise. Regulated customs, inspection, transport or professional work must be carried out by appropriately authorised providers.
5. Commission and engagement terms
We work on a commission basis. The commission amount or calculation, paying party, payment trigger, taxes, expenses and any cancellation arrangements must be agreed in writing for the individual engagement before work proceeds.
There is no universal commission rate or minimum transaction value stated on this website. Unless separately agreed, the website does not create exclusivity, payment authority, custody of client funds or authority for us to bind a buyer or seller. Do not send funds based solely on an online introduction.
6. Client responsibilities and due diligence
You must supply accurate, current information and have authority to act for the business you represent. Tell us promptly about material changes to your requirements, business identity, permissions or proposed transaction.
You remain responsible for your own commercial, legal, financial and technical due diligence, including the counterparty's identity, authority, goods, title, quality, inspection, contractual protections, payment instructions and delivery obligations. Our screening is not an audit, certification, credit guarantee or substitute for independent verification.
You must comply with applicable sanctions, export controls, customs, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery and other relevant laws. Do not use our services for prohibited goods, unlawful destinations, misleading documentation or transactions intended to avoid legal restrictions. We may request supporting information and decline requests we cannot appropriately assess.
7. No transaction guarantee or professional advice
We do not guarantee that a suitable counterparty will be found, that negotiations will succeed, or that a transaction will complete. We do not guarantee a counterparty's solvency, conduct, product quality, delivery or payment. Timing, availability and commercial terms may change.
Information on the website and general commercial discussions are not legal, tax, customs, financial or investment advice. Obtain advice from qualified independent professionals where appropriate before entering a contract or making a payment.
8. Third-party partners and contracts
Freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, inspectors, banks and other service providers act under their own agreements and responsibilities. An introduction is not a promise that we control or warrant their performance.
Agree the scope, fees, insurance, delivery terms and remedies directly with the relevant provider or counterparty. We can coordinate communication within an agreed engagement, but a third party's invoice or commitment does not automatically become our obligation.
9. Confidentiality and personal information
Treat non-public commercial information received through an engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is authorised, necessary for the agreed purpose or required by law. Specific confidentiality terms, including permitted recipients and duration, may be set out in the engagement or a separate agreement.
Do not submit confidential trade secrets or sensitive documents through the general website form. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. An enquiry is not automatically shared with prospective counterparties.
10. Intellectual property
Our branding, original website content, logo and layout are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party photographs, fonts and software remain subject to their respective licenses.
You may view the website and share links for lawful business purposes. You may not misrepresent an association with us, reuse our branding as your own, or copy substantial website content for commercial republication without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
11. Permitted website use and external links
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false enquiries, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, overwhelm the form or interfere with the website. We may restrict access to protect the website and its users.
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors and interruptions can occur. External links, including WhatsApp and Google Maps, are provided for convenience. We do not control those services or their terms, privacy practices or continuing availability.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from a buyer's, seller's or independent provider's failure to perform its own contract, or from reliance on general website information without appropriate independent checks.
Responsibility for our own services is determined by applicable law and the relevant written engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for fraud or any other mandatory legal responsibility. These website terms do not impose a fixed monetary liability cap.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, with relevant Meydan Free Zone regulations applying where appropriate.
If a dispute arises, contact us with the details so that we can first seek a resolution through good-faith discussion. If it remains unresolved, the competent courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law and any valid dispute-resolution provision in a separately agreed engagement. These terms do not create an arbitration agreement.
14. Changes, severability and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply to website use from publication and do not automatically rewrite an existing signed engagement. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
